In this role, you will be part of a collaborative and innovative engineering team focused on optimizing cloud infrastructure and automating deployment workflows for large-scale healthcare technology solutions. You will design, implement, and maintain cloud environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Working alongside developers and product teams, you'll enhance CI/CD pipelines, drive automation initiatives, and support infrastructure reliability. This is a hands-on position where your technical expertise and leadership will help streamline development operations and empower teams to deliver top-quality software faster.
Accountabilities
Manage and optimize AWS cloud environments for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency
Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS services
Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform, Ansible, and related tools
Ensure proactive monitoring and observability using DataDog to detect and resolve issues effectively
Administer and optimize Kubernetes and containerized applications for improved scalability
Support Windows Server and IIS management, including SSL/TLS setup, patching, and performance tuning
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents quickly across multiple environments
Apply cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards
Drive developer enablement through self-service infrastructure tools, APIs, and automation workflows
Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across the organization
Requirements
2+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering
Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, including architecture, security, and cost optimization
Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins, DataDog, and scripting in Python or Bash
Solid understanding of networking, cloud security, CI/CD pipelines, and Windows Server/IIS administration
Proven experience optimizing infrastructure for performance and scalability in production environments
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset
Excellent communication abilities to clearly articulate technical solutions and guide cross-functional teams
