Accountabilities
Design, deploy, and maintain containerized microservices architecture and distributed backend systems
Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, DevOps scripts, and automation processes for resilient deployments
Configure and manage Kubernetes deployments using Helm, ensuring scalable infrastructure for new feature requirements
Collaborate with systems engineering, architecture, and development teams to design and implement technical solutions
Support big data pipelines, including triage, deployment, and maintenance, using Elasticsearch, Kafka, and related technologies
Participate in Agile release planning, bug triage, design sessions, and cross-functional coordination meetings
Foster a DevOps culture, promote best practices, and contribute to technical documentation and system diagrams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in software development, system engineering, or related fields (6+ years with a Master's degree)
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with the ability to maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph
Proficiency in Linux, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and container orchestration
Development experience in Bash, PowerShell, Python, Groovy, Java, or similar languages
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment best practices
Experience working on enterprise or production-scale systems
Ability to work in cross-functional teams, coordinating planning, task execution, and technical strategy
Familiarity with Agile processes and tools for project management and collaboration

Competitive salary range: $170,000 - $225,000, commensurate with experience
