Senior Backend Developer

The Senior Backend Developer will play a key role in building and maintaining high-performance network infrastructure applications used by enterprise clients globally. You will be responsible for designing and implementing features, automating network management tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to influence product vision, contribute to innovative solutions, and ensure high-quality software delivery in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. You will also participate in beta testing, develop test procedures, and support customer-facing teams. The position supports both remote and hybrid work, with an emphasis on continuous learning and professional growth.
Accountabilities:
Design, implement, and maintain backend components and automation features for network infrastructure applications
Create and execute use cases, test procedures, and configuration verification for network technologies and protocols
Assist with database model updates, parsing tasks, and platform enhancements
Contribute to beta testing of new features and improvements of the application
Support cross-functional teams including sales, customer support, and technical experts in resolving client issues
Collaborate on product strategy, offering insights to guide platform development
Requirements
Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, ES6/7, and Git
Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and PostgreSQL
Focus on code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization
Solid time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
Legal authorization to work in the EU
Continuous learning mindset with the ability to adapt to new technologies
Bonus Skills:
Experience with NGINX, containerization (Docker, Podman), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Drone)
Networking certifications (CCNA/CCNP) or practical networking knowledge
