This is a fully remote position where you'll play a key role in shaping scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly web applications. You'll work with modern technologies such as React, TypeScript, and Redux to design and build intuitive interfaces that enhance customer experience. As part of a global, fast-growing SaaS company, you'll collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams, contribute to a shared design system, and mentor junior engineers. Accountabilities
Design and develop high-quality, scalable UI components and features using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
Implement responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces aligned with product requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including product, design, and backend — to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences
Build and maintain reusable components and contribute to evolving the company's design system
Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
Write and maintain comprehensive tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to guarantee stability and reliability
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
Mentor and support junior developers, fostering growth and technical excellence
Continuously identify and drive technical improvements within frontend systems and workflows
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in SaaS software development
Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Proficiency in state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API)
Proven experience developing scalable, maintainable frontend architectures
Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
Good understanding of accessibility (a11y) and web performance optimization
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend services
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS experience is a plus)
Strong written and spoken English (C1 level)
