Senior Product Manager - Global Payroll

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and execution of global payroll solutions across multiple countries, ensuring seamless, compliant, and scalable product delivery. You will lead complex projects, manage a portfolio of countries, and influence organizational growth by translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps. This role provides the opportunity to mentor junior product managers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and make a tangible impact on the efficiency and expansion of payroll operations in a dynamic, fully remote environment.
Accountabilities:
Own and manage a portfolio of countries, acting as the accountable Product Manager for end-to-end delivery
Define product scope, success metrics, and business outcomes aligned with strategic objectives
Lead complex or high-impact projects that drive organizational growth and operational efficiency
Mentor and coach Junior Product Managers and other product team members
Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, maintaining transparency and alignment internally and externally
Partner with Solution Design and engineering teams to ensure requirements are feasible and clearly communicated
Prioritize backlog items, conduct grooming sessions, and manage sprint planning for effective execution
Maintain advanced stakeholder communications with senior leaders, executives, and cross-regional teams
Serve as an escalation point for country-specific or cross-functional challenges, championing best practices across the product function
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, fintech, payroll, or regulatory-heavy environments
Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership, including roadmap development, scope management, and stakeholder engagement
Strong experience in mentoring and coaching junior colleagues
Ability to independently manage complex projects with significant business impact
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
Demonstrated autonomy in decision-making and ability to influence senior leadership
