As a Software Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and support of clinical trial software that prioritizes patient safety and ensures the integrity of study data. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to implement features, maintain high-quality code, and troubleshoot production issues. This role provides opportunities to engage in the full software development lifecycle, from reviewing requirements and drafting technical documentation to coding, testing, and deploying applications. Working in a remote-first environment, you will help deliver solutions that are reliable, efficient, and scalable, while continuously learning and applying best practices in software engineering. Accountabilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications with a focus on clinical trial data integrity and patient safety
Review product requirements and ensure all technical specifications are feasible and well-documented
Create technical design and implementation documentation for software projects
Implement, test, and debug software applications and components
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality code
Manage deployment of software across different environments and maintain deployment documentation
Support the team with troubleshooting and resolving production issues
Perform other related duties as required to support team goals
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software development or a related field
Proficiency in C#.Net/SQL or JavaScript and associated technologies
Solid understanding of programming principles and software engineering best practices
Ability to design, develop, and maintain software modules, components, and systems
Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude for continuous learning
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
Experience: 2+ years of professional software development experience
