Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of low-code platform products, with emphasis on Pega product development and related solutions.
Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and vision , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business value.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions.
Apply modern product development practices (Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, Product-Centric Development) to accelerate delivery and improve user experience.
Oversee the full product lifecycle including ideation, design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership in strategic decision-making , ensuring product investments are aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and sprint reviews to engage stakeholders and validate product direction.
Monitor product performance metrics, user adoption, and customer feedback to inform enhancements.
Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices in product and project management.
Ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards across product delivery.
Requirements :Familiarity with Low Code Platforms and Pega product development
Experience with modern product development practices including Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking and Product-Centric Development. Professional product management and project management certification advantageous
