The Innovative Medicine (IM) Brazil Supervisor is a key position that provides financial and strategic support to local senior leadership to drive business growth with a focus on competitiveness in Immunology and Oncology, manage key financial metrics (Opex, Headcount and Other Income/Expenses) and shape new business decisions with our New Business Development team.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong connection and collaboration with business partners from finance and from the business. This position will report to the IM Brazil Senior Finance Manager (Business Controller) and lead a team with a Senior Analyst and an Intern.

Primary responsibilities include:

Be a key player and provide strategic directions to Immunology and Oncology business leaders to influence the decision-making process. Key responsibilities include leading strategic discussions on Opex and Headcount management, shaping new business decisions, and ensuring the accuracy of Other Income \& Expenses, while fostering team development.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably a major in Accounting or Finance or other related field.

Critical experiences within Finance areas in Business Units strategic support and financial planning and analytic

Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) is required

Candidate must have the ability to work independently, influence decision making, think creatively, challenge the status quo, and work across multiple teams.

Individual must work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process or strategic improvements.

Individual must effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have the ability to take on leadership roles in various initiatives.
