The Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine Latam is currently seeking a Platform Owner to join our team.

The Platform Owner is responsible for own vision and prioritization of new platform level features and/or enhancements to a platform and enable platform and product squads being accountable for value delivery and value realization at the platform squad level

Responsibilities:

Shape the platform squad vision / roadmap and steer the platform squad in delivering platform features/solutions oriented around business impact

Shape and prioritize backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of HPT team needs, translating requirements into user stories \& acceptance criteria

Work closely with Platform team to establish the platforms’ business value and support messaging,

communication and customer outreach as necessary

Ensure that the platform / features / work meets relevant security, privacy \& compliance standards

Facilitate release planning, sprint planning and demos with stakeholders

Interact with other squads within the Platform as part of synchronization ceremonies to implementcross-squad tasks

Drive selection of solution options, work with the platform group engineer to assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing and balance tech debt with feature delivery

Drive reporting and analytics to provide visibility on squad performance and monitor sprint metrics and user results

Define and track Objectives \& Keys Results (OKRs) for the squad tied to the platform vision, and use them to guide prioritization decisions

Collaborate to ensure all partners (engineers, designers, scrum master, analysts, and PO/PMs) deliver a prioritized backlog of work tied to the platform roadmap activities, design, interdependencies and timelines

Own and manage documentation and information regarding backlog and decisions made

Actively participate in all squad ceremonies; leads and optimizes the flow of value using various tools and reporting cadency

Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a transparent and timely manner.

Foster collaboration and trust among all stakeholders involved in the Platform

Identify risks and issues that may impact the success of delivery and work with teams to mitigate them.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Extensive experience in Agile Development is required, including team creation, leadership, platform standards, governance processes, and change management.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Strong Technical skills in Data Engineering, Intelligent Automation and GenAI. Foundational skills in Full Stack Development and Salesforce is a plus.

Contributes with ideas that challenge thinking and standardize processes

Strong problem-solving skills with ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

English advanced is required and Spanish is a Plus

This position is in São Paulo, SP – Brazil, up to 25% of domestic travel is required.
