Senior Full Stack /Backend Developer
You'll own:
The architecture, performance, and modernization of key client systems
Core backend logic, APIs, and integrations
Technical mentoring for mid-level developers
You should have:
6+ years of experience with PHP 7/8 and Laravel (or similar frameworks like Symfony, NestJS)
Deep knowledge of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and database optimization
Experience with React, Vue, or another modern JS framework
Strong understanding of RESTful or GraphQL API design
Familiarity with Docker, GitHub Actions, and AWS
Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and data security
Clear English communication and proactive collaboration skills
Bonus points for:
Rebuilding or refactoring legacy PHP systems
FinTech, CRM, or SaaS platform experience
Exposure to microservices or event-driven architecture
