To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electronic Engineering Manager/Senior Electronic Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations at our Vietnam facility.

Role Summary 職位概要
Lead the Electronic Engineering team at the company’s Vietnam facility.

The role covers the full product development cycle from new product introduction (NPI) to mass production.

Oversee the Electronic Engineering team and coordinate with quality and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities include failure analysis, process validation, and ensuring projects meet time, cost, and quality targets.

You will also liaise directly with overseas customers through regular communication.

Ideal Candidates 理想人選
Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines
工程、電子或相關學科之學位
Proficient in English and Mandarin
良好的英語及普通話
Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI project management
至少5年新產品導入(NPI)專案管理經驗
Strong technical expertise in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and failure analysis
精通可製造性設計(DFM)及故障分析
Experience in manufacturing process validation and PPAP procedures
具備製造流程驗證及PPAP程序經驗
Knowledge of microcontrollers (MCU), IoT, or automotive products is an advantage
熟悉微控制器(MCU)、物聯網或汽車產品者優先
Familiarity with IPC standards and regulatory approval processes
熟悉IPC標準及法規認證流程
Capable of communicating directly with overseas customers

Responsibilities 職責
Plan and lead projects from NPI through to mass production.
規劃並領導專案,從新產品導入至量產。
Manage and guide a team of engineers, driving internal cross-functional collaboration.
管理並指導工程師團隊,推動內部跨部門合作。
Work closely with Quality and Manufacturing teams to develop process flows, fixture designs, DFM, PFMEA, QCP, process validation, and PPAP submissions.
與品質及製造團隊緊密合作,制定流程、治具設計、DFM、PFMEA、QCP、流程驗證及PPAP提交。
Lead failure analysis during the NPI stage. Review and approve engineering documentation.
在NPI階段主導故障分析,審核並批准工程文件。
Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
監控專案進度,確保符合時程及交付要求。
Conduct regular telephone conferences with overseas customers.
定期與海外客戶進行電話會議。
