Role Summary 職位概要
Location: Vietnam factory

Reporting line: Head of Plastic Division (based in China plant)

Responsible for leading engineering and technical operations of the Plastic Division, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and quality in production processes
負責領導塑膠部的工程及技術運作,確保生產流程的效率、創新及品質
Ideal Candidates 理想人選
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
機械工程或相關學科的學位或文憑
Minimum 15 years of managerial experience in Vietnam/PRC manufacturing environments
至少15年在越南或中國製造業環境的管理經驗
Strong expertise in mold design and engineering to optimize injection molding efficiency
精通模具設計及工程,以優化注塑效率
Hands-on experience with a wide range of resins (ABS, PVC, POM, fiberglass) and advanced surface treatments (spray painting, pad printing, laser engraving)
具備廣泛樹脂(ABS、PVC、POM、玻璃纖維)及先進表面處理(噴漆、移印、雷射雕刻)的實務經驗
Familiarity with real-time, data-driven shop floor management practices is an advantage
熟悉即時、數據驅動的車間管理實務者優先
Proficient in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
良好英文及中文(包括普通話)
Key Responsibilities 主要職責
Lead engineering operations across mold design, fabrication, plastic molding, and parts surface treatment
領導模具設計、製造、塑膠成型及零件表面處理的工程運作
Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement in production processes, focusing on cycle time reduction, material utilization, and yield enhancement
推動技術創新及持續改進生產流程,專注於縮短週期時間、提升材料利用率及提高良率
Ensure engineering excellence by optimizing manpower, machinery, and material resources to achieve high productivity and minimal downtime
透過優化人力、機器及物料資源,確保工程卓越,以達致高生產力及最少停工時間
Oversee technical problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to maintain product quality and operational efficiency
監督技術問題解決、根本原因分析及矯正措施,以維持產品品質及營運效率
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development through engineering solutions and technical expertise
與跨部門團隊合作,透過工程方案及技術專業支持業務發展
Provide strategic input and technical reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors
向高層管理及董事會提供策略建議及技術報告
