Role Overview 職位概要
Lead production planning and control operations at our manufacturing plants.

This role is critical to ensuring optimal resource allocation, production efficiency, and timely delivery of finished goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責
Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule and Resource Planning (Manpower) across multiple production lines, including Molding, Bonding, SMT, AISS, Automation, and Casing.
制定及管理總體生產計劃及資源規劃(人力),涵蓋多條生產線,包括注塑、黏合、SMT、AISS、自動化及外殼。
Proactively refine production plans to maximize capacity utilization and output.
主動優化生產計劃,以最大化產能利用率及產出。
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods and effective material management.
與內部部門協調,確保成品按時交付並有效管理物料。
Drive performance against company KPIs such as inventory turnover, revenue achievement, and excess control.
推動公司關鍵績效指標的達成,包括庫存周轉率、收入目標及超額控制。
Collaborate closely with the PMC team in China to align planning and control strategies.
與中國的PMC團隊緊密合作,以統一計劃及管制策略。
Demonstrate independence, analytical thinking, self-motivation, and strong interpersonal skills in daily operations.

Tertiary education
大專或以上學歷
10+ years PMC experience
十年以上PMC經驗
3+ years managerial level
三年以上管理層經驗
1+ years in electronic manufacturers is a big plus
一年以上電子製造業經驗者更佳
Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
良好英文、中文及普通話能力
Strong knowledge of ERP/MRPII/MES applications; familiarity with SAP preferred.
具備ERP/MRPII/MES應用的專業知識;熟悉SAP者優先。
Proven ability to lead cross-functional coordination and production optimization.
具備領導跨部門協調及生產優化的能力。
