As an iOS Developer in our Mobile Engineering team, you will design and build advanced applications that enhance how we serve our clients. You will work closely with us to deliver high-quality solutions, foster a collaborative team culture, and stay ahead of industry trends. Your expertise will help us create seamless, engaging mobile experiences. Together, we will drive progress and make a difference for our users and the wider community.
Job responsibilities
Design and develop advanced applications for iOS devices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
Ensure performance and quality of applications through rigorous testing and debugging
Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
Integrate APIs and backend services for seamless functionality
Publish applications on the App Store and manage updates
Stay current with Apple’s design guidelines, emerging technologies, and new iOS releases
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in iOS app development with published apps on the App Store
Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch
Familiarity with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, and UIKit
Experience with Xcode and version control tools such as Git or SVN
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, push notifications, and cloud messaging
Strong understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native
Familiarity with unit testing and UI automation tools
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Understanding of the App Store deployment process

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Chief Technology Office oversees enabling components inclusive of the top quality engineering and architecture tools and practices, key program management and processes as well as the technology workforce strategy required to make us a leading technology company for our customers, clients and colleagues around the world.
High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law).
