As a Recruiter for International Private Bank (IPB), you are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment efforts across our APAC IPB business. In this role, you will focus on supporting all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for APAC IPB, including competitive intelligence, market mapping, succession planning, and confidential project work.
Job Responsibilities
End-to-end, full lifecycle recruitment, from direct approaches and applicant management through to completion
Manage a client group or multiple client groups within IPB
Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Demonstrate expert-level understanding of the line of business recruiting needs by participating in client meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility, and managing hiring manager/candidate expectations
Act as Client Relations Manager (CRM) to key business group heads and provide them with required recruiting updates, strategy, and metrics as required
Ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process, share manager feedback, and appropriately disposition all candidates
Educate candidates on career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy, and the many advantages of employment, selling both the firm and the opportunity
Advise and conduct compensation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers
Establish rapport and partner with the appropriate stakeholders for candidate development and offers
Uphold the firm's focus on diversity
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Minimum 10 years of Private Banking recruitment experience
Experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate environment or retained firm focused on financial services
Strong project management experience with ability to manage complex assignments and multiple searches while delivering the highest level of client service
Exceptional judgment and problem-solving skills
Interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
Innovative, creative, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, and multiple deadlines and priorities
Strong executive presence with instant credibility and gravitas; good thinker "on your feet"
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Knowledge of Mandarin language is an added advantage
This role is intended to be for an initial term of approximately 8 months only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.
