About Fintech @ JET:

In response to the pace of change in our markets and the appetite for expanding our commercial boundaries, we formed JET Fintech at the end of 2023. Joining the dots of business-critical areas in JET’s financial and payment services is a future-focused bet towards delivering value to all three sides of our marketplace from a single, unified Product and Technology home.

Partner \& Courier Payments (CPP) is JET’s financial backbone, providing globalised financial services and tooling for consumer pricing and partner billing (revenue processing, invoicing, and payouts)

Nowhere is this more evident than in Invoicing. As JET expands into new verticals, our partners bring diverse business models, lines of business, and operational needs that stretch far beyond our core restaurant marketplace. Supporting this requires invoicing capabilities that can scale globally, adapt locally, and stay ahead of rapidly evolving regulatory changes.

That’s where you come in. As Product Manager for Invoicing, you’ll define and deliver solutions that grow with our business: platforms that are easy to maintain, scalable across markets, and empower both partners and internal teams to manage invoices with confidence. You’ll bring clarity to a complex system landscape, champion adoption of new invoicing capabilities, and play a central role in modernising JET’s finance operations through data and AI-powered capabilities.

These are some of the key components to the position:

Establish, communicate, and drive a clear mission, strategy, and roadmap for global invoicing, aligned with Fintech and JET’s broader growth and compliance agenda.

Lead discovery to identify, frame, and prioritise the correct problems to solve, balancing partner needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals to deliver against well-defined OKRs.

Partner with engineers, designers, analysts, and product peers to turn those problems into innovative solutions, defining core invoicing services and the mechanisms through which they surface in partner tools, finance dashboards, APIs, and integrations.

Ensure continuous delivery and adoption of invoicing capabilities, tracking outcomes through clear metrics to validate impact at both global and local levels.

Coordinate complex, multi-component launches across product teams and domains, ensuring smooth rollouts, alignment, and measurable value delivery.

Navigate a fragmented system landscape with clarity and pragmatism, shaping scalable solutions while contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What will you bring to the team?

A background in computer science, business, or finance with a good grasp of modern product management, preferably in B2B products and environments. Experience in finance systems, invoicing, fintech, or compliance domains is a strong plus.

You’re curious, practical, and outcome-focused, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. You don’t stop at the surface; you dig into problems until you understand them, and you bring others along in the solution.

You’re a skilled communicator with a track record of influencing others to support your strategy or proposals. You combine sharp business judgment with logical, analytical thinking, and can separate signals from noise.

You’re a team player and motivator who collaborates well across disciplines and cultures. You demonstrate cognitive empathy, understanding how others think and feel, and utilise this to foster trust and alignment.

You respond well to change, think laterally, and see obstacles as opportunities. You bring high agency and resilience, taking ownership when things get tough and finding pragmatic solutions to move forward.

You work hard to identify where "good enough" is the best outcome and have a solid grounding in financial processes and regulatory aspects.
