Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a motivated
Digital Product Manager
to join our
K-Way team
in Turin. K-Way is entering a phase of strong brand and digital
expansion, with a significant number of strategic initiatives planned across ecommerce, marketplaces and CRM. This role will play a key part in enabling that growth, supporting the launch and execution of multiple high-impact digital projects in parallel.
The Digital Product Manager will join at a pivotal moment, contributing to the evolution of the digital ecosystem while helping structure processes,roadmaps and delivery models to support scale.
Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, this role will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that digital initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time and in line with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Roadmap
Manage the
digital product roadmap
across ecommerce, marketplaces and CRM, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term digital transformation goals.
Translate business requirements into
clear, prioritized delivery plans
, in collaboration with stakeholders, IT teams and system integrator
Project Management
Manage the
end-to-end delivery of digital projects
, including platform evolutions, system integrations, new functionalities and CRO initiatives.
Coordinate
front-end and back-end development activities
, ensuring adherence to timelines, dependencies and quality standards.
Vendors \& Stakeholders Management
Coordinate
external partners and system integrators
, ensuring effective communication, clear ownership and seamless integration.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Ecommerce, CRM, Marketing, Operations), acting as a
key point of contact between business and technology

Quality, Performance \& Continuos Improvement
Ensure
high quality and performance standards
through structured processes, documentation and testing practices.
Monitor project and platform KPIs and performance, driving
continuous improvement
in functionality, speed and user experience.
Budget \& Cost Control
Manage
project budgets and costs
, ensuring efficient resource allocation and compliance with financial guidelines.
Monitor spend, proactively identify
risks or budget overruns
, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Knowledge, Skills \& Abilities Required
5–7+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably within ecommerce or omnichannel environments.
Strong experience managing complex digital projects involving multiple systems, platforms and integrations. Strong project management skills, with experience managing timelines, scope, dependencies and risks.
Proven ability to work closely with IT teams, system integrators and external development vendors.
Experience with CRO, UX/UI optimizations
Experience managing budgets, forecasts and cost control for digital projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and pragmatic approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving organization with multiple initiatives running in parallel.
Fluent in English and Italian. French is a plus.
