- Collaborate closely across Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and ML teams to unify business data and seamless production ML lifecycle—supporting feature engineering, training, testing, model governance, and MLOps practices.
- Apply strong Python programming skills and hands-on expertise with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, and TensorFlow for data transformation, ML pipeline integration, and advanced analytics.
- Track, version, and deploy models using Databricks MLflow, ensuring reproducibility and compliance with best practices for MLOps across the entire model lifecycle.
- Build, test, and deploy cloud-native data solutions with DevOps best practices, including Git-based source control, CI/CD automation, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for scalable delivery.
- Maintain close engagement with stakeholders and technical leadership to ensure requirements, architecture, and outcomes remain aligned; contribute to agile planning and cross-functional architecture discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 2+ years hands-on experience in cloud data engineering or ML pipeline architecture.
- Deep proficiency with AWS cloud services, including infrastructure as code, DevOps automation, and platform development.
- Advanced experience with Python, PySpark, and ML/AI libraries for production data science.
- Proven track record with distributed data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark), workflow orchestrators (Airflow, Step Functions), and MLOps/MLflow.
- Familiarity with agile/scrum practices and collaborative delivery in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a passion for delivering rapid, high-quality solutions.
Distinctives
- Immediate ownership of modern, scalable data and ML pipelines—impactful from day one.
