Overview:
Summary
As a Lead Power Apps Developer, you will spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade internal business applications leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. This role requires not only technical excellence but also the ability tolead architecture decisions, mentor team members, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that support initiatives such as AI use case management, accomplishment tracking, personnel tracking, and data onboarding. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in software development, integration with different systems, software release management, and operations.
Responsibilities: What You'll Do:* Lead solution architecture and showcase ability to solve complex business use cases by designing scalable, secure, and sustainable workflows to meet evolving business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and cross-functional teams.
Design, develop, and maintain applications in PowerApps to support enterprise processes.
Architect and implement workflows and process automation using PowerAutomate.
Build intuitive dashboards and advanced analytics using PowerBI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
Oversee integrations and deployments within the Azure Portal, ensuring performance and compliance.
Drive integration efforts with ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into robust technical designs, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Establish best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for Power Platform development.
Ensure all solutions adhere to security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications and Education:
Required Qualifications:* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Management, or other IT-related field.
15+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 5+ years in a lead or senior developer capacity.
Advanced expertise in PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI.
Strong experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Alteryx, or similar).
Hands-on experience using the Azure Portal for the creation and management of Azure resources.
Demonstrated ability to architect and deliver enterprise-grade applications.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
