We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with proven expertise in Flutter and web technologies to join our growing team. The ideal candidate not only delivers high-quality code but also contributes to architectural discussions and product direction. You’re someone with the drive to grow into a strong senior leader while still being hands-on. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, product and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Development of responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
Architect and implement features using Flutter, React.js and Next.js.
Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Evaluate and improve frontend architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Ensure cross-platform compatibility, including browser/device testing and optimization.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers.
Keep up to date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for web and mobile applications.
Take ownership of critical features and drive them from ideation through production, with an eye toward long-term impact.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
3+ years of professional Flutter development experience.
5+ years of front-end development experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
Experience with any web frameworks (Reactjs, Nextjs, Angular or Vuejs ) for building modern, scalable web applications.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Redux).
Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Proven ability to step beyond coding. Thinking about scalability, user experience, and long-term maintainability.
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Flutter Test).
Experience with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies.
Nice to Have
A degree, certificate or diploma in a relevant area of study is a plus
Experience with server-side rendering and SEO optimization.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic).
Knowledge of performance profiling and optimization techniques.
Understanding of cloud deployment environments (Firebase, AWS).
