Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for multiple Software Engineers with a fresh perspective and a keen interest in web development and AI. This role is perfectly suited for recent university or bootcamp graduates as well as self-taught programmers who have dived into Laravel, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET core, MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack, Next.js, or other modern AI/ automation tool and web development frameworks.
Your Role:
Work alongside our skilled team to design and develop robust web applications that stand out for their quality and user experience.
Contribute clean, efficient, and well-documented code to our projects, adhering to industry best practices.
Engage in constructive code review sessions to ensure high standards and foster a learning environment.
Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new features or improvements.
Address and resolve application issues, optimizing for performance and scalability.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in web development technologies and methodologies.
What We’re Looking For:
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or significant learning and project experience from a coding bootcamp or freelance.
Hands-on experience with modern web development stacks like Laravel, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET core, MERN stack, Next.js, or similar.
Strong proficiency in Python and its machine learning frameworks will be a big plus but not mandatory.
A solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals and the ability to tackle problems systematically.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
A proactive approach to learning new technologies and frameworks.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate with a team.
A portfolio showcasing projects and code samples is highly desirable.
