Role Purpose
The Graduate Scheme is designed to provide a broad and comprehensive experience working is a Data analysis role with various teams within the Insights, Innovation and Marketing team. The programme aims to identify and nurture your strengths, offering opportunities to grow in a data driven environment. The successful candidate will gain a deep understanding of the complexities of data management reporting and insights for business success, in a fast-paced and intricate industry, with the ultimate goal to fast track your career in data.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Team Interaction:
Collaborate with teams across the Insights, Innovation \& Marketing function, to understand data needs, share insights, and support decision-making. Gain exposure to a variety of processes and how data drives performance.
Data Collection \& Preparation:
Assist in gathering, cleaning, and structuring data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
Insight Generation:
Support the development of dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor key metrics across campaigns, projects, or business units. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Project Ownership:
Lead small-scale analytical projects from scoping to delivery, including stakeholder engagement, data validation, and presenting findings.
Tool Utilisation:
Work with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Python to manipulate data and automate reporting processes.
Continuous Learning:
Take part in team initiatives, training sessions, and cross-functional projects to build analytical skills and business acumen.

- €32,000 with an up to €2,000 increase at the start of Year 2 to €34,000

Requirements
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for hardworking and ambitious Graduates, who want to learn and grow in a challenging and fast paced environment, by performing real roles as part of your rotations.
You must be mobile and willing to travel throughout the programme to undertake development activities at any of our sites in the UK and Ireland.
We will consider undergraduates from all disciplines and backgrounds.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
Education: Ideally, a degree in Data Science or Analysis, or a related field
Experience: 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a similar industry. Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus
Skills: Proficient in Excel and other database tools for data analysis. Knowledge of BI Tools, such as Power BI is a plus
Industry Knowledge: Awareness of food trends, understanding of consumer behaviour, and ability to evaluate product performance
