Our Mission
We are currently looking for a High Jewelry \& Heritage Manager to join our Pomellato Product Marketing team based in Milan HQ.How you will contribute* Define and implement the product strategy for High Jewelry, in line with the brand’s image and business objectives.
Develop new collections, in close collaboration with key stakeholders (Creativity, Stones, Product Development and Production), ensuring that quality, costs and deadlines are met.
Coordinate the development of 360° tools with brand and sales team to ensure successful launches, and appropriate visibility and desirability.
Monitor the product portfolio, manage product lifecycle and inventory.
Lead the pricing strategy, ensuring consistency across the range.
Analyze product performance and competition, identify growth opportunities and market trends.
Create training tools on new collections for sales team.
Support brand and regional events, ensure proper product selection and presentation, and provide assistance with collection presentation and product handling.
Manage and curate the Heritage collections, including leading the acquisition of significant historical pieces.
Support brand initiatives such as exhibitions and special projects by providing expertise and access to the Heritage collections.
Manage a team of 3 reports.
Who you are* Master degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, primarily acquired in the High Jewelry industry.
Previous experience in people management.
Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Deep knowledge of the Luxury market and strong product sensibility.
Rigor, autonomy, proactivity and creativity. Business-oriented mindset.
Excellent knowledge of Office programs (mainly Excel and Power Point).
Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of French is a plus.
