Deliver reliable, maintainable, and secure software that powers Klipboard’s SaaS and OnPrem solutions.

Engineers at all levels contribute to building products that are technically robust, scalable, and aligned with Klipboard’s strategic goals.

Through collaboration, disciplined estimation, and responsible use of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, internal RAG systems, and Semantic Kernel, you will help accelerate delivery and quality across Klipboard’s global engineering organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

People \& Culture

Work collaboratively within diverse, cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that matter to our customers.

Software Delivery \& Operations

Deliver high-quality, tested code predictably and transparently.

Provide well-thought-out estimates, record time accurately, and contribute to ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) estimation when required.

Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve estimation accuracy.

Embed Secure by Design practices and CI/CD principles to support stable production-ready environments.

Use AI tools responsibly to improve development efficiency, testing, and documentation.

Technical Strategy

Apply sound engineering principles and contribute to architectural discussions that ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.

Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to design and deliver robust, secure features.

Suggest and implement improvements in frameworks, patterns, or automation.

Participate in technology evaluations and early adoption of AI-assisted coding and design tools.

Organisational Capability

Demonstrate ownership of your work by managing priorities and communicating changes promptly.

Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and automating repetitive processes.

Contribute to documentation and playbooks that strengthen team knowledge and delivery consistency.

Participate in process retrospectives and share actionable insights that improve predictability and team flow.

Stakeholder \& Communication

Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and respectfully.

Challenge unrealistic expectations constructively and propose well-reasoned alternatives.

Engage with Product Owners and Architects to ensure clarity of scope and technical direction.

Contribute to an open, transparent delivery culture focused on predictability and collaboration.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Core Requirements

Demonstrated experience in software engineering using modern languages and frameworks (C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.).

Strong understanding of agile development and CI/CD practices.

Proven ability to estimate, plan, and deliver predictably.

Familiarity with version control (Git) and automated testing frameworks.

Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Desirable

Experience with cloud-native or multi-tenant SaaS environments.

Exposure to AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, RAG systems, or Semantic Kernel).

Working knowledge of microservices, containerisation, and DevOps practices.
