System Engineer / DevOps Engineer

Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a Systems Engineer / DevOps consultant on a mission with our client. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will design, deploy, and maintain critical, modern infrastructures—virtualized and containerized—working on-site or in hybrid mode at the client’s location, embedded within dynamic, high-performing technical teams. Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain virtualized and hyperconverged environments (Nutanix, VMware, Proxmox, KVM, Hyper-V) as a Keystone Solutions consultant, working closely with the client’s teams.

Set up and administer Kubernetes and Docker Swarm clusters (infrastructure, storage, network, backup) for the client, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience.

Develop and automate deployments via Ansible and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), aligning client delivery practices with reliability and repeatability standards.

Implement and manage observability platforms based on the Grafana LGMT stack (Mimir, Loki, Alertmanager, Alerta, Traefik) to ensure end-to-end visibility and proactive incident response at the client.

Participate in the implementation of disaster recovery plans and in the migration of Linux environments (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS) for the client’s critical workloads.

Collaborate with support and project management teams to guarantee the stability and performance of services across the client’s environment.

Candidate Profile:

Higher education in computer science (or equivalent by experience).

Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering, virtualization, and DevOps.

Excellent knowledge of:

• Linux / Windows Server

• Kubernetes / Docker / Swarm

• Ansible, CI/CD pipelines

• Nutanix, VMware, Proxmox

• Observability (Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo)

Strong networking fundamentals (VLAN, VPN, routing).

Good level of technical English; fluent French.

Additional Strengths:

Experience in VoIP architecture (Asterisk).

Knowledge of backup solutions (Rubrik, Hycu, Veeam).

Ability to lead a small team and steer technical projects. Experience in training or team coaching (trainer).

This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. You will operate on-site or hybrid at the client’s location as a Keystone Solutions consultant, embedded with the client’s engineering, platform, and project teams.

You will carry out all responsibilities listed in this description under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, collaborating directly with stakeholders across infrastructure, operations, and security.
