We’re looking for a
data-driven Digital Product Owner
to shape and scale KFC’s first-party digital experiences — from app \& web ordering to loyalty, promotions, analytics, and customer service tools.
This role sits at the intersection of
marketing, product, and technology
, perfect for someone who makes decisions backed by numbers, not just gut feel.
What You’ll Do
Turn business goals into product roadmaps, OKRs, and measurable impact.
Drive cross-functional execution with Marketing, IT, Operations, and vendors.
Use
data, CRM, and experimentation
to improve acquisition, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Solve recurring customer pain points (failed payments, promo issues, unclear order status).
Ensure compliance with
data privacy, security, and brand standards
.
What We’re Looking For
3–7 years’ experience
in product management, growth, or e-commerce/digital platforms.
Proven track record shipping consumer-facing features end-to-end.
Strong analytical mindset: defining metrics, reading dashboards, running experiments.
Familiarity with SQL/Tableau/Power BI a plus.
Collaborative communicator with bias to action, pragmatic problem-solving, and crisp documentation.
