As a Product Owner, you will work on the design, development, deployment and management of KFC team member products that align with strategy and set up our restaurant teams for success.
You'll ensure our 40,000 employees across our restaurant network have the best technology and are set up for success to deliver FLG experiences to our customers.
ABOUT YOU – OUR NEXT ORIGINAL
Experienced in people product management across large organisations (e.g. HR, payroll, recruitment, L\&D).
Skilled in end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy to delivery and optimisation.
Strong collaborator with proven stakeholder management across all levels.
Confident leading system integrations, vendor relationships, and product rollouts.
Data-driven, with a passion for solving user pain points and driving adoption at scale.
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and other product management tools.
Adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and strong understanding of HR processes.
Ensure products are user-focused, aligned with business goals, and meet relevant policies and requirements.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF YOUR NEW ROLE
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage the full product lifecycle.
Collaborate with People and Culture to support change management and ensure effective adoption of new products and enhancements.
Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to shape and deliver product roadmaps aligned with the people strategy.
Work with the Product Manager to manage the product backlog and assist with prioritising enhancements.
Support the creation of technical proposals and documentation.
Use data, analytics, and user feedback to measure product success and inform future improvements.
Identify and address recurring support issues in collaboration with support teams.
Ensure all team member platforms comply with legal, data privacy, cybersecurity, and internal policy standards.
Work closely with vendors to ensure delivered solutions are fit for purpose and meet business needs.
