Position Summary
The Manager, Analog IC Design will lead and manage the Hong Kong design team while contributing directly to the development of advanced analog and mixed-signal circuits. This position requires both strong leadership and technical expertise to ensure high-quality, innovative solutions are delivered to global customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations of the Hong Kong IC design team.
Design new analog and mixed-signal circuits to demonstrate proprietary technologies.
Re-design and transfer existing designs between multiple foundry partners.
Execute technology shrinks for improved manufacturability and cost efficiency.
Optimize circuits for better performance, yield, and reliability.
Coordinate and perform benchmarking of IC products.
Ensure technical excellence while supporting team career growth and development.
Maintain company standards of professional quality and customer commitment.
Skills \& Qualifications
Education \& Experience:

BSEE (or equivalent) with 15+ years of relevant experience, OR

MSEE (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.

More experienced candidates may be considered for a senior-level position.
Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics.

Hands-on design experience in circuits such as bandgap references, amplifiers, regulators (linear/switching), ADC/DACs, temperature sensors, and oscillators.

Proficiency in layout considerations for critical analog circuitry.

Experience with DC-DC converters preferred.
Tools \& Methods:

Skilled with schematic entry and layout software (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso Suite).

Familiar with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering stations.
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Fluency in English (Mandarin a plus).
