Join KISKA and help shape the digital side of smart living.
We’re looking for a proactive Product Owner (Software) to join our Interaction Design (IxD) team. You will help lead digital product development for Loxone, a global leader in smart home and building automation, as well as for other KISKA clients exploring the future of connected living.
This role connects people and ideas, and sometimes helps them understand each other too. You will work closely with users, designers, and developers to make sure our software solutions deliver real value and world-class usability. It is a mix of clarity, curiosity, and collaboration, with a good sense of humour always welcome.
If you enjoy transforming complexity into simplicity, bringing people together around a shared goal, and seeing ideas come to life through teamwork, you will feel right at home here.
In this role you will…
Gather insights from users, research, and internal teams, then turn them into clear, prioritised tasks based on impact and feasibility.
Build and maintain a realistic roadmap that balances short-term needs with long-term vision and strategy.
Keep communication flowing between designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and momentum.
Support the design process by clarifying requirements, validating concepts through usability testing, and ensuring design intent stays true from idea to implementation.
Track progress, support validation, and champion high-quality, user-focused releases that deliver real value.
We are looking for…
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar digital role.
A strong understanding of user-centred design and agile development.
Proven experience building and managing product roadmaps.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills. You know how to align creative and technical minds.
A structured yet flexible approach that balances user needs, business goals, and technical realities.
Bonus points for experience in smart home, IoT, or embedded systems.
Fluency in both English and German.
