We're on a mission to transform and modernise our digital capabilities. In this role you will join Kiwibank’s Digital and Team Experience Hub, who provide technology products and services to our customers, front-line and middle-office teams. This role requires a blend of functional analysis skills and technical know-how of enterprise applications.
As a hands-on as a member of the Product Team, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting our ways of working as well as promoting our team culture within the squads. By doing this you are also ensuring the fluid and rapid delivery of the work best aligned with stakeholder needs and organisational objectives.
This requires a unique blend of customer, technical and stakeholder management skills.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience with nCino, Salesforce or an equivalent modern SaaS technology
Proven experience in a Product Owner/Manager and/or Technical Business Analyst role
Strong stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation
Solid understanding and experience working in agile environment
Ability to think strategically and at a detailed level to cope with business and technology complexity
Ability to communicate with engineers and architects to allow for effective creation of feature delivery and associated success criteria
