Responsibilities
Overview
We are seeking a Senior TA \& Vendor Partner who will take ownership of both internal recruitment and external staffing vendor operations, while acting as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TA-BP) to key business units. This hybrid role ensures smooth delivery of headcounts via vendors for project demands, strong advisory to stakeholders on workforce planning, and compliance across contracts, onboarding, and talent lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Staffing Vendor Management
Manage end-to-end relationships with staffing vendors to ensure service quality, delivery speed, and compliance with company requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between vendors and internal teams, handling communication, issue escalation, and performance reviews.
Lead vendor governance by establishing performance metrics, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Sourcing, evaluating and onboarding the new vendors when needed.
Track vendor performance through SLAs, scorecards, and periodic business reviews.
Support vendor selection, renewal, and consolidation to optimize cost and delivery effectiveness.
Project-Based Hiring via Vendor Services
Partner with business units to understand project timelines and headcount needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
Coordinate staffing fulfillment through approved vendors, ensuring hiring quality and timely delivery.
Provide regular updates and risk assessments to stakeholders on vendor hiring pipelines.
Ensure alignment between staffing plans and actual workforce demand.
Contract \& MSA Review / Compliance / Payment Management
Review MSAs, SOWs, rate cards, and staffing contracts with vendors.
Work with the Legal team for advisory and ensure all agreements meet compliance, risk, and policy requirements.
Support resolution of contract-related issues and maintain documentation governance.
Initiate monthly timesheet governance and payment process.
Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure timely and accurate monthly payments.
TA Business Partnering (TA-BP)
Serve as the TA partner for assigned departments, providing advisory on hiring feasibility, talent market insights, and workforce models (FTE vs. vendor).
Collaborate with leaders to plan staffing pipelines that align with project and operational needs.
Oversee the onboarding and integration of vendor-supplied talents, ensuring a smooth start and alignment with internal processes.
Partner with HRBP, Vendor Leads, and stakeholders on performance matters, replacement requests, extensions, or offboarding.
Maintain strong communication and clarity across all parties: TA – Business Units – Vendors – HRBP – Legal.
Hands-on experience managing the ATS and Career Site to optimize candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
Participating in audits (ISO-27001, SOC-2, WCA,...) by providing recruitment-related documentation and expertise.
Qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Staffing Operations, or TA/HR Business Partner roles.
Strong hands-on experience working with staffing vendors in high-demand or project-based environments.
Ability to review MSAs, SOWs, service terms, and coordinate with Legal for compliance.
Proven capability in advisory and stakeholder partnering across hiring, workforce planning, and vendor talent lifecycle.
Strong proficiency in using and administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., [Name of System]).
Proven experience participating in audits (internal or external) by providing recruitment-related documentation and expertise.
Experience recruiting for non-tech roles is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to multitask across projects with high ownership and independence.
Business-partner mindset: consultative, insights-driven, and solution-oriented.
Strong ownership, proactive working style, and ability to operate with minimal supervision.
Collaborative, relationship-focused, and able to manage cross-functional expectations.
