What you'll do

Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for the Next Generation Plant product area, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategies a well as collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for innovation and growth

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple IT products, from ideation to delivery, ensuring they meet business needs, deliver value, and are prioritized effectively

Lead and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team of product managers and engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Act as the key liaison for business stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met through clear communication and strong partnerships with internal and external collaborators

Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of IT products using best practices and methodologies as well as manage budgets and resources efficiently, addressing gaps and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards

Who you are

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Exceptional experience in IT product management in the field of smart manufacturing and plant upgrades and at least several years in a leadership role

You bring deep expertise in IT systems, the software development lifecycle, and project management methodologies

Your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are second to none, and you thrive in fast-paced environments. Certifications like PMP, SAFe, or ITIL are a big plus!

You are fluent in English and, ideally, have a good command of German. You’re excited to collaborate with international teams across Germany, Poland, and Malaysia and are willing to travel up to 50% of your time during key transformation phases
