We are looking for a Kubernetes DevOps Engineer to join us. This is an immediate requirement. Max 30 days notice period.
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years experience in Kubernetes as SRE is required.
The Kubernetes DevOps Engineer is responsible for maintaining the operational health and security of Kubernetes-based development and production environments.
Experience in regularly updating cluster components, container images, and dependencies to ensure compliance and resolve known vulnerabilities (CVEs).
This role also involves improving CI/CD pipelines to streamline the delivery of secure and reliable cloud-native workloads.
Maintain and upgrade Kubernetes clusters and associated infrastructureMonitor and remediate CVEs in base images and application dependencies
Rebuild and redeploy container images as part of regular maintenance
Enhance and support CI/CD workflows for Kubernetes workloads
Automate security and compliance checksCollaborate with development teams to align platform updates with application lifecycles.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting production workloadsDocument processes and maintain operational run books
Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture and operationsExperience with container image management (Docker, BuildKit, etc.)
CICD tooling expertise (e.g., GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Concourse)Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Helm, Kustomize, Terraform)
Proficient in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, Go)
Experience with monitoring and observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) or Administrator (CKA)
Knowledge of Kubernetes security best practices (Pod Security, Network Policies)
Experience with service meshes (e.g., Istio, Linkerd)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OpenStack, GCP)
Experience contributing to open source or upstream Kubernetes projects
