Kozy Operations is building the next generation SaaS platform for service companies, HVAC, fuel delivery, plumbing, electrical, and more. Our goal is simple: give local service businesses the kind of operational power and automation normally reserved for enterprise companies.

Our platform handles everything from customer management and dispatching to fuel delivery logistics, degree-day forecasting, inventory, workflows, billing, and more. We’re expanding our product ecosystem into a native mobile experience with full truck integration, and we’re looking for an iOS Engineer who wants to own that experience end-to-end.

What You’ll Work On

Building the Kozy iOS app to be first-in-class with full integrations into vehicle hardware \& CRM data.

Creating mobile-friendly workflows for technicians, drivers, dispatchers, and field staff.

Implementing offline-first data syncing, push notifications, location services, and camera integrations.

Consuming our TypeScript/Node/PostgreSQL-backed APIs with an emphasis on performance and reliability.

Building reactive UI with SwiftUI and modern iOS frameworks.

Collaborating with backend, design, and product to ship features quickly and cleanly.

Helping shape engineering best practices, testing standards, and architectural patterns for mobile at Kozy.

Tech Stack You’ll Use

Swift / SwiftUI

CoreLocation, MapKit, Background Tasks

Local caching (Core Data)

REST APIs + WebSockets**

CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, TestFlight)

Experience with Typescript backends \& Angular is a bonus, but this role is aimed at a native iOS engineer.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of professional iOS development experience.

3+ years of professional integration of embedded systems experience.

Strong proficiency with Swift and building production-ready apps. -Experience architecting scalable and modular mobile codebases.

Comfort working with real-time updates, websockets, background processes, and data syncing.

Ability to take high-level concepts and turn them into shippable features with minimal friction.

Startup mindset: autonomous, fast execution, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Excellent communication and a collaborative work style.

Nice to Have

Experience building apps for field technicians or workforce/operations tools.

Understanding of geospatial data or route-based workflows.

Practical knowledge of backend systems (Node, Typescript, PostgreSQL).

Familiarity with domain-driven design or multi-tenant SaaS architecture.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
