About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and helping them find the best insurance solutions to meet their needs. If you are passionate about sales and helping people protect what matters most, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and cold calling

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health)

Explain policy details, coverage options, and premium costs

Close sales and achieve/exceed sales targets

Provide ongoing support to existing clients

Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions

Stay current on industry trends and product offerings

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably insurance (training available for the right candidate)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

[State Insurance License preferred or "Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license"]
