Job Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across the automotive accessories and aftermarket segments. You will build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, fleet owners, corporate clients, and industry partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a
hands-on approach, strong sales acumen, and a passion for cars and automotive culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new customers and
partnerships.
Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline — from lead generation, proposal preparation, and negotiation to contract closure.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing customer accounts
(e.g., from parts sales to wraps or wheel upgrades).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, fleet operators, and business partners.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the automotive aftermarket sector.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to develop
promotions, campaigns, and events that boost brand visibility and sales performance.
Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) — including new accounts, revenue
growth, and client retention rates — to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Represent GT Auto Source at industry events and car community gatherings to expand network and brand presence.
Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job
Proven experience in business development or sales — preferably within the automotive, aftermarket, or B2B service industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset — self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve
measurable results.
Solid understanding of automotive products and services (e.g., accessories, wrapping,
detailing, paint and panel work).
Ability to analyze market data, prepare sales forecasts, and develop strategic plans to
maximize growth.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred (but relevant
experience will be considered).
