Role Overview
We’re looking for a Mid or Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience building production-ready, high-traffic applications. You will join our core engineering team to design, build, and optimize modern web platforms and AI-driven systems.
This role requires someone with excellent problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of performance optimization, and the ability to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React and Node.js.
Ensure performance optimization across frontend, backend, and databases (MongoDB, Redis).
Build reliable, production-grade systems capable of handling high traffic and large datasets.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver business value quickly.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with strong focus on best practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
(Nice to have) Contribute to AI/LLM-driven initiatives, including agent development with LangGraph.
Requirements
3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
Proven track record of working on production systems with high traffic.
Strong expertise in:
React (hooks, performance optimization, SSR/Next.js a plus)
Node.js (scalability, event-driven architecture)
Databases: MongoDB, Redis (indexing, caching, query optimization)
Solid understanding of system design, API design, and distributed systems.
Ability to diagnose and solve performance bottlenecks.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with LLMs, LangChain, or LangGraph.
Experience with AI agent development or generative AI applications.
