Your tasks:
Lead and develop the portfolio and pipeline strategy for assigned asset categories
Expertise either in seed treatment and / or insecticides strongly preferred
Serve as the 'go-to' expert, facilitating communication across core functions and the distribution business
Conduct market and financial analyses to support product positioning and marketing strategies
Influence cross-functional teams both directly and indirectly
Ensure efficient product supply, strong branding, and category growth
Main interface between Research \& Development, Sales and Customers
Your skills:
Relevant degree preferably in Biology and Agronomy
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or product management
Strong understanding of marketing principles
Excellent project, process, and organizational management skills
Ability to work independently and influence collaborative teams
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with proven impact
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel up to 50% across the core regions
Professional fluency in English, knowledge of German is also preferred
