PRODUCT MANAGER – FLEET MANAGEMENT PLATFORM (B2B SaaS)

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are building a next-generation fleet management platform that helps enterprises control, optimize, and automate fleet and logistics costs (fuel, tolls, vehicles, drivers, compliance, fraud, and ESG reporting). This is a high-ownership role: you will define and drive the product vision, work directly with customers, and shape a platform that becomes the operating system for fleet operations and cost intelligence.

· Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
· Own the product from discovery to delivery to adoption.
· Lead customer discovery with:
o Fleet managers.
o Operations teams.
o Finance \& procurement leaders.
· Translate business problems into clear product bets.
· Prioritize ruthlessly: decide what not to build.
· Work closely with engineering, data, sales, and operations.
· Define product success metrics (adoption, retention, cost savings).
· Drive integrations with:
o Telematics \& GPS.
o Fuel \& toll systems.
o TMS / ERP / accounting systems.
· Influence pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
· 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
· Strong product discovery and problem-framing skills.
· Experience with complex workflows, integrations, or data platforms.
· Ability to communicate clearly with engineers and business teams.
· Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.
