Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives in the glass manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in brand positioning, lead generation, customer engagement, and market analysis to help drive business growth across industrial and commercial segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote glass products (e.g., float glass, toughened glass, architectural glass, etc.) to B2B customers.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.

Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, product data sheets, digital content, and presentations.

Manage and maintain the company’s digital presence, including website updates, social media, and online directories.

Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, developers, and distributors.

Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate with product development and production teams to align marketing messaging with product capabilities and innovations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in industrial/manufacturing sectors (glass, construction materials, or building products is a plus).

Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and product positioning.

Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms).
