About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Power Platform / Software Engineer to deliver enterprise-grade Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SQL Server solutions. This role involves upgrading existing flows/apps, building new applications, integrating APIs (including Deltek Vantagepoint), and producing scalable, production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Refactor and upgrade Power Automate flows to solution-aware, enterprise-ready deployments.
Build Canvas or Model-Driven Power Apps, including offline field capabilities.
Create Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards with proper lineage, refresh strategy, and RLS.
Integrate systems and APIs using C#, PowerShell, or Python, including Deltek Vantagepoint.
Automate SharePoint Online library syncs to local NAS with logging and error handling.
Develop deployment guides, runbooks, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills
3–5+ years in Power Platform: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL Server.
Strong T-SQL, dataflows, and enterprise deployment experience.
Experience with service account/principal configuration and DLP policies.
Proven API integration experience (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred).
Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions.
Preferred Skills
Azure DevOps CI/CD for Power Platform / ALM Toolkit.
C#, PowerShell, or Python scripting.
SharePoint Online customization and metadata management.
Experience with offline-first mobile app patterns.
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Pay: $55.00 per hour
