Responsibilities:
Coordination with sub-contractors for work sequence, installation programme, interfacing details and builder's work requirement;
Monitor the progress and quality of E\&M submission;
Coordinate with clients, architect, consultant, sub-contractors, utilities undertakers, government departments on issues related to building services;
Monitor the site progress, workmanship for E\&M installation;
Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
At least 3 years of relevant site working experience;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer.
