Role Summary
Own the strategy and delivery of the companies' MDM and eSIM products, working across teams to create secure, scalable, user-friendly SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the MDM/eSIM backlog.
Convert requirements into user stories.
Lead product lifecycle from concept to launch.
Oversee eSIM provisioning and device configuration.
Integrate MDM into clinical trial workflows.
Use feedback and metrics to drive improvements.
Stay current with mobile tech and regulatory trends
What you'll need:
SaaS Product Owner/Manager experience (healthcare/telecom a plus).
Strong knowledge of MDM and eSIM technologies.
Understanding of GxP, GDPR, HIPAA.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
Agile experience with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.
Experience managing Product Managers.
