We’re looking for a Product Manager with effective communication skills and knowledge of common industrial products. The Product Manager is responsible for managing one or more product categories within our product offering – including adding and eliminating items.

Create and execute a strategic plan throughout a product’s lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing market requirements, defining the product vision and working with other departments to meet the strategic goals of the organization.
Prepares business plans in line with organizational initiatives detailing future activities and forecasting performance.
Negotiates with suppliers to ensure optimal product quality, cost and delivery conditions.
Manages product category P\&L statement.
Conducts market research and analyzes market data to identify opportunities and/or threats that could impact the product category.
Implements pricing and branding strategies to optimize revenue, margin and inventory.
Maintains all product information in the system.
Frequently prepares and reviews reports on the product category’s performance.
Attends and participates in industry conferences, conventions and trade shows.
Qualifications \& Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum two years’ experience in related field.
Knowledge of MRO products is a plus.
Our salary range for this role is $85,000 - $106,000 including a full benefits package.
