What You’ll Do

On the product specialist team, you will be an expert on LDD’s new products and features. It will be your responsibility to speak to these features to clients, and return feedback to LDD’s product teams including product managers, software engineers, and user experience designers.

The responsibilities at a glance:

Liaison between LDD product owners and users upon the release of new products and features.

Understand on a deep level LDD’s new products and features; and the unique value add to users.

Outwardly communicate new features to key high-volume clients.

Support mass user migration projects.

Receive support calls that relate to new features upon their launch.

Communicate user challenges to product team members.

Skillset

1+ year of experience in a customer facing role.

A college or university degree; or relevant experience.

Strong problem solving abilities.

Fantastic communication skills and proficiency in English.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce.

Experience with real estate, law, or real estate law.

This is a full in-person role at LDD’s centrally located Toronto office. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
