The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
Join the vibrant world of Le Creuset as a Student Retail Sales Associate, where cookware meets colour, and customers come for inspiration! You’ll be the friendly face helping shoppers discover their next kitchen favourite, sharing product tips, and keeping the store looking fabulous. From ringing up sales to restocking shelves, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for great food and design to every shift.
Ingredients: Key Responsibilities Contribute daily to the effective management of the store and ensure customer needs* are met; respond to all requests and complaints when necessary.
Collaborate effectively with the manager by providing all relevant information and reporting any issues that occurred during their absence.
Ensure store displays and product marketing comply with company standards and guidelines.
Manage the store’s cash register and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, prioritizing the safety of staff and customers.
Perform inventory checks as directed and ensure they are completed accurately and in line with company guidelines.
The Perfect Blend:
What We’re Looking For You'll work on Saturdays and sometimes on a Sunday*.
Fluent communication in Dutch or French and English.
Experience working for a quality brand in a retail environment is a big plus!
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Demonstrate proactivity by consistently initiating tasks without prompting and completing them within agreed deadlines.
Work independently by managing responsibilities and delivering results with minimal supervision.
Adapt to changing situations by showing assertiveness in decision-making and flexibility in task execution.
Prioritize effectively by identifying and focusing on high-impact tasks in dynamic environments.
Deliver customer-focused service by communicating clearly, professionally, and in a timely manner.
