The Role
We are looking for a versatile Intermediate Python Developer who cares as much about breaking code as they do about making it.
In a start-up environment like ours, flexibility is the name of the game. You will jump in to write robust production code, but you will also apply a critical eye to our infrastructure, ensuring that our ambitious AI solutions are stable, scalable, and bug-free. You will bridge the gap between rapid development and rigorous reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Develop \& Deploy: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code to support our core AI and automation products.
Test Automation: Design, build, and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure product stability.
Quality Advocacy: Identify bottlenecks and bugs early in the development lifecycle and work closely with the team to resolve them.
CI/CD Pipelines: Contribute to the improvement of our deployment pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable releases.
Flexibility: Adapt to the shifting priorities typical of a start-up, assisting with feature development or hotfixes as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Python Proficiency: 3+ years of experience in Python development.
QA Mindset: Proven experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, unittest) and a passion for breaking things to make them stronger.
Automation Experience: Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
Start-up DNA: You are comfortable with ambiguity, you take ownership of your tasks, and you are ready to wear multiple hats to help the team win.
Communication: Ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience working with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
