Meet the Apps \& Integrations team
We're the team that makes everything click! From keeping the marketplace running smoothly to building innovative apps, we focus on seamless connections and pushing boundaries. What You'll Do
As a hands-on Full Stack Engineer, you'll partner with the Engineering Lead and the wider Apps \& Integrations team to bring one of our newest products to life. Currently at proof-of-concept stage, you'll play a key role in delivering the MVP and shaping what comes next.
You'll work across both front-end and back-end technologies - though with a stronger focus on front-end development, contributing to new initiatives and supporting existing platforms. This is a collaborative role where you'll work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, user-focused software that makes an impact.
To make this happen, you will:
Build responsive web apps using SvelteKit/NextJS
Write and maintain reliable backend services in C#/.NET
Contribute to architectural decisions and improving our CI/CD and cloud infrastructure
Squash bugs and maintain the health of existing systems
Collaborate in agile ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
Work collaboratively with team members and a variety of other LEAP personnel.
What You'll Bring
4+ years' experience in software development
Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS and frameworks like NextJS or Svelte
Familiarity with backend development using C#, Node.js or similar
Experience working with REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containers (e.g. Docker)
Experience with LLMs and other emerging AI technologies
A collaborative mindset and good communication skills
Self-motivation and a desire to take ownership of work
