Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Site Reliability Engineer to play a key role in our digital transformation journey. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of our global technology landscape.
As an SRE Engineer, you will become a key member of our Global Support team, working alongside a dedicated group of professionals to maintain and enhance platforms and applications across our cloud technology stack. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to strengthen operational resilience, optimise performance, and drive innovation, ultimately delivering greater business value through technology.
What youâll be doing:
Supporting applications running on production cloud environments (AWS and Azure)
Troubleshooting platform and application issues at the AWS/Azure layer
Handling BAU requests, including S3 bucket management, access control, and capacity increases
Optimising processes and automation to improve efficiency
Patching and maintaining serverless platforms on a regular basis
Managing OpenShift ROSA Kubernetes clusters
Maintaining Domino Kubernetes platform operations
Overseeing Asset Managementâs Data platform maintenance and reliability
Qualifications
Who weâre looking for:
Proven experience in AWS or Azure platform engineering and support
Strong expertise in container orchestration, particularly Kubernetes environments
Deep knowledge of cloud services (AWS or Azure), including IAM, compute, serverless, storage, and networking
Practical understanding of API and container deployment patterns
Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code management
Familiarity with production release processes and ITIL-based change management (e.g., ServiceNow)
Proficiency in monitoring, logging, cost optimisation, and container image management
Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, SSL, TCP/IP) and scripting skills in Bash or Python
