About this role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Microsoft 365 Developer to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with foundational SharePoint experience who is eager to develop their skills and dive deeper into modern collaboration and M365 solutions.
As a Junior/Mid-level Developer, you will work closely with our senior developers and consultants to design, build, and support SharePoint solutions within Microsoft 365. You will contribute to projects that enhance our clients' information management capabilities through tailored SharePoint sites, workflows, and integrations.
Key responsibilities
Assist in developing, configuring, and customising SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and workflows
Support the migration of content and solutions to Microsoft 365 platforms
Work on Power Platform integrations (Power Automate) to extend SharePoint functionality
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions
Provide support, troubleshooting, and documentation for SharePoint environments
Learn and apply governance, permissions, and best practices within Microsoft 365
Who we are looking for
Recently completed degree in IT or related field OR relevant recent experience working with, or exposure to, SharePoint/Microsoft 365
Basic understanding of Microsoft SharePoint Online features and capabilities
Exposure to Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform)
Strong interest in learning development tools such as PowerShell, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SPFx (advantageous, but not essential)
Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies
Good communication and teamwork skills
